Information about how we ship our kit and our courier services.

All equipment is delivered in hard flight cases (or padded bags for tripods). Check all items on arrival and report issues by 4pm to avoid liability.

Deliveries usually arrive by 12pm. We recommend selecting delivery for the day before your shoot to avoid stress or delay.

In some cases, yes. Contact us with your specific requirements and we’ll quote for a dedicated or out-of-hours service.

First hires must go to your billing address. Later, secure alternate locations (like workplaces or venues) can be approved with proper contact details.

We mainly use Parcelforce and APC. Regional differences apply, but we may offer dedicated services on request.

Couriers will leave a card. It’s your responsibility to rebook delivery or collect. Contact us if needed — your hire period remains unchanged.

Extra charges apply to early AM deliveries, Highlands, Offshore and Isle of Wight locations. We’ll notify you if this applies.

Not currently. Brexit-related customs delays and costs have suspended service. We’ll review this as circumstances change.

Currently, we only deliver within Great Britain. We’re actively exploring future expansion.
